Sessions are unhurried, nature-led and child-led — designed to capture real childhood rather than posed perfection.

This is countryside storytelling, not studio posing.

Your countryside children’s photoshoot is gently guided but never forced.

We walk, wander and explore the estate together. We may suggest simple prompts — holding hands, running through grass, collecting leaves — but children are encouraged to move freely.

We might hunt for dinosaur eggs in the woodland, look out for fairies near the garden gate, or gather small treasures along the way.

When parents lean into the imagination and help spark the magic, children relax — and that’s when the most beautiful images unfold.

They don’t need to.

Natural family photography isn’t about performance.

Some of the most meaningful images happen in quiet observation, thoughtful pauses, muddy boots or windswept hair.

Your child simply needs to be themselves.

Sessions are most suited to children who are confidently walking and eager to explore.

There is no upper age limit. It’s less about age and more about willingness to engage with the environment.

Children are welcome to dress as they usually would, this is about capturing real childhood.

For timeless family portraits, we recommend avoiding bold logos, large characters and neon colours, as these can distract from the natural, timeless feel of your images.

After booking, you’ll receive a thoughtful styling guide to help you feel confident and cohesive.

If there is something you’ve seen in our work before, or an idea you’d love to include in your estate photography session, you’re always welcome to share.

We will absolutely give it a go where it fits naturally within the flow of the session.

However, we won’t force children to perform or cooperate for a particular pose. The integrity of the experience always comes first.

Every Little Wild Studio session includes a minimum of 40 carefully edited images.

Sessions often include significantly more (our average is 100!).

There is no per-image pricing, no upgrade tiers and no pressured viewing appointments.

Your full gallery of usable images is included.

“Usable” refers to images that are technically and aesthetically strong.

Photos with closed eyes, missed focus, heavy motion blur or duplication are removed. Everything natural, emotive and storytelling remains.

You receive the complete collection of beautiful moments from your outdoor photography session.

Each gallery is thoughtfully curated. we make the final selections and edit every image in the Little Wild Studio style.

You will receive fully edited, high-resolution JPEG files ready for printing, alongside web-sized versions suitable for sharing on social media.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

Your fully edited gallery will be delivered via private online link within 14 days of your session.

Little Wild Studio is intentionally simple and digital-first.

Light rain is welcome at the Little Wild Studio! Raincoats, puddles and wind in hair often create the most atmospheric images.

In cases of severe or unsafe weather (such as high winds or storms), your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times.

Sessions take place outdoors on natural terrain, and safety is a shared priority.

Little Wild Studio holds appropriate public liability insurance.

Both of us at Little Wild Studio hold up-to-date DBS checks.

While parents or guardians remain present and responsible for their children throughout the session, we understand that trust and reassurance matter deeply when choosing a children’s photographer.

Little Wild Studio is fully insured and committed to providing a safe, calm and respectful environment for every family we welcome to the estate.

One reschedule is permitted with at least seven days’ notice, subject to availability.

Full details are outlined in your agreement prior to booking.

A £150 non-refundable retainer secures your date.

The remaining balance is due the day before your session.
